Dr. James Davis
Dr. Davis was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio where he grew up liking the colors brown and orange. Go Brownies!!
He went to college at Grove City College with a B.S. in Biology and Psychology. He graduated in 1976 Magna Cum Laude.
Like Dr. Hughes, Dr. Davis also married his high school sweetheart, Kathy Davis, also from Ohio.
After college, Dr. Davis attended medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, now Des Moines College of Health Sciences, in Des Moines, Iowa 1979 where he received the Upjohn Achievement Award for second in class ranking.
Dr. Davis and his wife Kathy traveled back to the east coast where Dr. Davis did his internship at John F. Kennedy Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey.
In 1980, he and his family moved to Milwaukee to start practice with Dr. Hughes. He received board certification from the American College of Osteopathic Family Practice in 1990.
Dr. Davis is actively involved with the State Osteopathic Medicine & Medical Society including years spent as President and Past President.
He is an active staff member at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and Waukesha Memorial in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
He and his wife Kathy are proud parents of 3 children. Neil 29, Adrian 25, and Emmett 16.
Dr. Davis also enjoys his yearly fishing trip with his 3 boys, his friends and Dr. Hughes. In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys woodworking.
